A comprehensive initial on-site review of:
 
  • All open lost time workers’ compensation files,
  • Selected closed files not barred by filing statute,
  • Medical only files with substantial medical expense.

Reviews are completed as quickly as possible. Follow-up reviews occur approximately every four to six months. All reviews include reliance on our scanning equipment to avoid disruption of your operations.

Identification of cases with Fund potential and submission to the Fund when appropriate.
